ZiGi recently sponsored a contest with DSW to see who could make the coolest “shoe” designed from a DSW shopping bag. Each entrant received a super fun ZiGi tote bag for entering the contest, and one lucky winner, Li-at Friedman, won $200 worth of ZiGi shoes! Check out her contest-winning design below!
“When I was little I loved making things out of popsicle sticks, felt, velcro, pipe cleaners, shoe boxes… you name it. I always knew I’d be in an artistic field someday and after high school went to school for film and animation. Though I love the creative aspects of the digital world, I harbor a crazy dream to design shoes for a living someday… and actually want this dream to be realized! This was one of the coolest contests I’ve ever seen and I can’t tell you how tickled I am to have won, honestly.” – Li-at Friedman
